What counts as a “contract”?
A contract is a single document Quorum redlines, summarizes or extracts from. Versions of the same matter count as one. Re-runs after 30 days count as new.
Is my matter data private?
Yes. Tenant-isolated training. Privilege metadata respected end-to-end. SOC 2 Type II audited annually. On-prem available for the strictest workloads.
Can I bring my own playbook?
Yes. Firm and AmLaw tiers include custom playbooks per matter type. Our success team helps you import existing standards from Word or PDF.
What about audit and conflicts?
Conflict checks happen pre-load. Per-matter audit logs export to your SIEM (Firm and above). Ethical screens enforced via per-team access rules.
