Why per provider, not per visit?
Metering by visit volume creates the wrong incentives in healthcare. Per-provider pricing aligns us with adoption — we win when clinicians use it daily, not when they have a busy week.
How fast is BAA signed?
Standard BAA is signed within 24 hours of pilot start. Custom redlines accepted on Hospital and above; turnaround usually 5 business days.
What about HITRUST?
Hospital tier and above are HITRUST CSF certified at the Hospital level. Re-audit every 24 months by an external assessor. Reports available under NDA.
Can it run on-prem?
Yes. Health System tier supports air-gapped or VPC deployment. Inference runs in your environment, no PHI ever transits the public internet.
